Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim a return or exchange if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The product(s) are unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

  • The product received does not match the size ordered.


HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to minisapphireofficial@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92 310 1478697. At MINI SAPPHIRE, we review each dispute on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for all parties.

  • Defective Items: A replacement will be sent for defective, faulty, or damaged items. You are required to email photographic evidence of the defect to minisapphireofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase before a claim can be processed.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. However, as a gesture to our valued customers, MINI SAPPHIRE charges ZERO for shipping the replacement back to you.

  • Reimbursement: In the event a defective piece was received, the initial return delivery charges incurred by the customer will be reimbursed via bank transfer.


WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

  • We aim to process all returns within 5–7 working days of receipt.

  • During busy sale events, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.


WHAT IS YOUR SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you are unsatisfied with the size purchased and would like a different size, you are welcome to send your purchase back to MINI SAPPHIRE. Please contact us via email at minisapphireofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Note: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels and stickers intact.


DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Yes, we offer refunds if an item is damaged or if a mistake was made by our packing staff (the product received does not match your order).

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • Processing Time: The minimum period for processing a refund is 7–10 working days.


RETURNS: SALE & DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Exchanges on sale or discounted items are ONLY applicable if there was a mistake by our packing staff and the product received does not match the product you ordered.


NON-RETURNABLE SCENARIOS

MINI SAPPHIRE cannot support returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The exchange request is made outside the specified 7-day time frame.

  • The product is damaged due to use.

  • The product has been tampered with.
